Step 1

Collect Information

Please provide us with some basic information

Return address

Model # and S/N of the device
Provide us with a brief description of the problem(s). Any notes or observations pertaining to how and or why the problem started ,etc.. would be appreciated.

Please document all physical damage to the machine. Cracks, discoloration, bent parts, missing keys, missing screws, etc..

Step 2

Ship your Package

Select a shipping service provider

*FedEx, UPS, and USPS locations are all within a few minutes our our facility.

Purchase "stated value" insurance for your device.

*EDS cannot be held responsible for shipping carrier mistakes, lost packages, or damage that can occur during the shipping process.

Purchase return postage

*Place the return shipping label inside the box with your customer information form.

* Purchase "stated value" insurance for the return label

Pack your items very carefully

*Use plenty of extra packing material, around all sides of your device. If in doubt request the shipping company pack the device for you.

Step 3

Quote / Repair / Return

Once we receive your device:

We will perform a physical inspection, inventory to package and contact you that your device was received.

Within a few days, we will receive a detailed repair quote with a description of the problem, cost to repair, and an estimated time of completion.

$50 repair attempt charge will be charged to your credit card after the quote has been completed.

If you proceed forward with the repair the $50 will be applied to the labor charges.

After the device is repaired, you will be notified of shipment, and receive a tracking number.
